We walked in to find champagne waiting on ice and our favourite music playing softly in the background, a detail that immediately made the space feel personal and warm. A highlight of any stay is the chef’s tasting dinner, also included with your stay. An immersive culinary experience that celebrates local produce, global technique, and pure creativity. Our tasting was crafted by Chef Tony Bish of Tony’s Sourdough, known from The Next Iron Chef, and every course was thoughtful, and delicious.

During our stay, we also took in the magic of the Elora Christmas Market. The village glowed with holiday lights, artisan stalls, festive treats, and cosy fire pits. Wandering through the market added a seasonal charm to our trip, warm drinks in hand, local makers to discover, and that unmistakable Elora spirit that makes the town feel straight out of a winter postcard.
