If you're a cannoli lover this cannoli dip recipe is for you! It's quick and a perfect no-bake dessert to make ahead when entertaining.
425g container of ricotta cheese, drained
227g container of cream cheese
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Cointreau, Grand Mariner, rum, brandy or Triple Sec (optional)
1c mini semi sweet chips
¼ tsp cinnamon
Dippers- waffle cone, pizzelle and/or strawberries
Beat together drained ricotta cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, alcohol of choice (if using), cinnamon and vanilla and continue to beat until combined. Fold in 3/4 c of chocolate chips. Place in a bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips. Store covered in fridge for a minimum of 1 hour until ready to serve. Serve with broken pieces of waffle cone, pizzelle, strawberries or dippers of your choice.
