Grain-Free Granola


This grain-free granola is a breakfast favourite. Crunch and not too sweet, and perfect with yogurt and fruit in the morning. 



Ingredients 

-1c slivered almonds 

-1c cashews

-1c chopped pecans 

-1c unsalted sunflower seeds 

-1c pumpkin seeds 

-1 1/2c dried cranberries 

-1/2c sesame seeds 

-1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

-1/4c grape seed oil or unsalted butter 

-1/4c honey 


Directions 

Preheat oven to 375. Combine dry ingredients. Melt honey and butter together. Pour the liquid over the nut mixture and combine well. Spread the contents over a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Allow to completely cool then store in airtight containers.
