This quick and easy recipe uses ingredients that are readily available and is always a crowd pleaser. The olive oil used in this recipe becomes infused with the fragrant flavours of the herbs, olives and orange zest and is an excellent dipper for fresh bread.

Ingredients
1c large green and/or black olives
1 tbsp orange zest
1 small clove garlic, minced
Pinch of hot pepper flakes
½ c olive oil
½ tsp cumin seeds
Sprig of fresh rosemary
Directions
In a dry frying pan, sauté cumin seeds until fragrant. Add garlic and olive oil and cook on low heat until garlic is softened. Add olives, orange zest, hot pepper flakes and heat until warm. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with bread and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
